‘Salt & Sweet’ is a pattern combination with play options for boys and girls. Play with the combination of fabric, ribbing and bias tape. Play with the combination of top, skirt, shorts or dress. Ideal summer item, but just as nice with high stockings, or as a warm sleeveless layer in winter.
You can make the pattern in stretch fabric (e.g. Terry Cloth or French Terry). Cut the side strips from ribbing, or from the same type of fabric as the main fabric. The About Blue bias tape in French Terry or bias tape in sponge is the perfect material to finish the pattern.
